Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. Here's how delivery works.

Delivery areas

We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: Rs 249 per order
FREE delivery on orders above Rs 3,000

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm it before dispatch. Please give a complete address and an active mobile number. Orders we can't confirm may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation and delivered within 3–5 working days. Remote areas, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays can sometimes add extra time.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also message us your order number for an update.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a parcel can't be delivered after repeated attempts, or is refused without a valid reason, it will be returned to us and the order cancelled. Please only order when you're ready to receive it.
